DVD, Blu-Ray & Home Cinema Components
Settled down to watch a movie, but when you press "Play", you're greeted by the dreaded "NO DISC" error appearing on your DVD player? A common problem you may be able to fix by just opening and closing the disc tray and trying again. More often than not, it's a scratched or smudged disc (cleanable with a lint free cloth & surgical alcohol) or a dirty laser lens (cleanable with a lens cleaner). However, it maybe that your player has developed a fault and is the cause of the error.
- DVD or Blu-ray not reading or failing to read the disc properly
- Displays 'No Disc' error message
- Drawer sticking (not opening/ closing)
- Home cinama system audio problems - no sound output or poor sound quality
If you're unable to fix the cause yourself, we're able to pin point more serious problems and get your equipment working as it should be.
